The role serves as the end-to-end Quality authority for Top Hat electrical programs, ensuring robust launches and architecture consistency. Key duties include driving quality convergence, managing issue burn-down, and overseeing compliance with functional PDP and EHE deliverables.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field with at least 8 years of experience in engineering or quality. Proven expertise in launch management, risk assessment, and the ability to challenge senior stakeholders is required.
