Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of related quality work experience. Strong communication, project management skills, and a willingness to travel 20-30% are required.
The Quality Launch Specialist is responsible for coaching and training the Quality Shop Launch Managers (QSLM) and their respective teams at each Vehicle Plant. You will support and standardize Quality Launch processes at Vehicle Plants, driving continuous improvement throughout. This position requires working with cross-functional teams to ensure robust convergence of product quality during industrialization, drives readiness of Quality Shop processes and standards.
