Candidates must have over 3 years of experience in inside sales or customer service and be proficient with Salesforce or similar CRM tools. Strong communication skills and the ability to handle a high volume of outbound calls are essential.
Job Overview: This position is responsible for working closely with Sales Leadership and Outside Sales Executives to ensure the timely and effective response to inbound sales inquiries, gathering initial customer needs, pre-qualifying, and assigning to the appropriate Outside Sales Executive. This role also includes quote generation, customer follow-up, and collaborating with internal stakeholders and team members to speed the sales cycle for all product lines. Finally, inbound sales has the responsibility and ability to sign 1-10 location retail and financial accounts with CIT/ATM solutions for added sales bonuses. The Inside Sales Specialist will have knowledge and experience with CRM software.
