Job Description:

Collaborate with innovative 3Mers around the world

Person responsible for processing and following up on our customers’ requests and claims, providing support to resolve them and ensure their satisfaction.

Always maintaining effective communication.

The impact you will make in this role

• Responsible for managing and following up on purchase orders for assigned customers, from receipt through invoicing and timely delivery.

• Maintains constant communication with customers to understand their requirements and communicate them to the appropriate departments.

• Responsible for ensuring customer requirements are met by coordinating with the different operational areas.

• Ensures accurate invoicing and helps prevent errors that could lead to the issuance of credit notes.

• Maintains ongoing communication with Supply Chain, Marketing, and Sales to provide timely and effective responses to customers.

• Provide customer support and high-quality service to customers.

• Responsible for entering customer requirements into the order management system.

• Responsible for following up on material deliveries to customers.

• Responsible for entering customer claims and following up on them.

• Follow up internally with the involved areas on the materials requested by the customer.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

• University degree concluded.

• At least 1 year of experience in customer management.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Proficiency in tools such as SAP, Salesforce, AS400, and Amazon Connect.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.

• Experience in improvement projects.

• High level of organization, discipline, teamwork, and integrity are some of the skills we are looking for in this role.

• Good command of Excel and Word.

Work Location: This role follows an on-site working model, requiring the employee to work at 3M office in Santa Fe, CDMX.
