Lead all Human Resources functions for a 24/7 manufacturing facility in Aguascalientes, Mexico, serving as a strategic partner to plant leadership. Oversee talent management, labor relations, compliance, and organizational effectiveness to foster a high-performing and inclusive workforce.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or Business and at least 10 years of progressive HR experience, including 5 years in a leadership role within a multinational company. Must possess strong knowledge of Mexican labor laws and be fluent in both English and Spanish.
The Senior HR Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of Human Resources for our Aguascalientes, Mexico manufacturing facility, a 24/7 operation with approximately 1,800 teammates. This role serves as a strategic business partner to plant leadership, ensuring HR strategies, programs, and initiatives support operational goals while fostering a high-performing, engaged workforce. This leader will provide guidance across talent management, employee and labor relations, organizational effectiveness, engagement, workforce planning, and compliance, while championing a culture that reflects our values and commitment to creating a joyful, inclusive, and positive workplace.
