Operate and maintain blade grinding machinery to ensure high-quality production standards. Troubleshoot equipment issues, document production records, and maintain a clean work environment.
Requires at least 2 years of manufacturing experience and the ability to read technical instruments and blueprints. Candidates must possess strong mechanical aptitude and basic mathematical skills.

Please note that this full-time position is project-based and is not expected to continue beyond December 2027, due to the planned relocation of the plant. Eligible new hires in good standing who successfully complete required training and demonstrate proficiency may qualify for incentive bonuses, contingent upon active employment at the time of position elimination.
