scope of the role 

The role aim to build strategic partnerships with large-scale, organized customers and major pharmacy networks. Their primary purpose is to maximize product availability, secure prime shelf space, and negotiate favorable commercial terms to drive revenue and market share.

your role 

• Management of the team.
• Strategic Relationship Management: Building long-term, profitable partnerships with decision-makers at major pharmacy chains (e.g., Walmart, Farmacias del Ahorro, Benavides, local national chains), supermarket retailers.
• National Distribution & Visibility: Ensuring OTC drugs, vitamins, and wellness products are consistently stocked and highly visible across all retail footprints nationwide
• Commercial Negotiations: Securing favorable contracts, pricing, and trade margins, as well as negotiating premium shelf placement and endcap visibility.
• Gross to Net execution: Collaborating with brand and trade marketing teams to develop joint business plans, execute localized promotional campaigns, and align with consumer trends.
• Replenishment process: Managing inventory and logistics to prevent stock-outs, especially during peak seasons (e.g., flu season) or major product launches.

who are you

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in a managerial role or last 5 years in similar position CHC business within the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on consumer healthcare products.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data, sales reports, and financial metrics to make informed decisions.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
• Highly Desirable Professional knowledge of English, both verbally and in writing.
• Travelling (50%)
