This position would primarily work at our Belleview Store but may be asked to work at our Smoky Hill Donation Center.
Pay: $16.65 Hr.
This position greets our customers and accepts their donations in an efficient and courteous manner. This position works outside in all weather conditions. Excellent customer service skills are a must!
Donation hours at our Donation Centers are 9AM to 5PM daily. Donation hours at our Stores are Monday through Saturday 8AM to 8:30PM and Sunday 9AM to 7:30PM.
This position is eligible for Daily Pay! Work today, get paid today! We’ve partnered with DailyPay, a voluntary benefit to offer employees access to their pay on their own schedule. Part-Time employees in our Retail and Sales/Operations Division are eligible for paid holidays, sick leave, jury duty, and bereavement leave. JOB SUMMARY:
The Associate I, Donation Services is typically the first point of contact for customers that are dropping off items at retail centers and/or stand-alone donation centers (ADC). The Donation Services Associates will provide excellent and friendly customer service by greeting customers’ timely and helping as needed that may include lifting or unloading donations from a customer’s vehicle or other area. Associates are expected to handle goods with care, showing respect for items donated.
