The EV Fleet Coordinator manages the safety and operational readiness of electric, hybrid, and traditional vehicles through preventative maintenance and charging infrastructure support. They coordinate with external service providers and track maintenance records to ensure fleet reliability and DOT compliance.
Candidates must be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma and at least one year of vehicle maintenance experience, preferably with transit buses. A Class A or B CDL is preferred, and the ability to pass a DOT drug test is required.

The EV Fleet Coordinator plays a critical role in maintaining the safety, reliability, and operational readiness of TransWest’s growing fleet of electric, hybrid, and traditional vehicles. This position is responsible for coordinating preventative maintenance, supporting EV charging infrastructure, and working closely with internal teams and external service providers to ensure vehicles remain service-ready.
