The Dispatcher is responsible for routing service technicians to commercial refrigeration calls to maximize efficiency and productivity. They serve as the primary point of contact for technicians within a specific geographic territory to ensure service level agreements are met.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least 3 years of experience in dispatch, customer service, or restaurant management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, while SAP experience is preferred.

This position is the primary point of contact for a group of Service Technicians within a geographic market or territory.
Effectively route technicians to service calls, maximizing efficiency and productivity using dispatch management tools in a manner that exceeds customer expectations and/or service level agreements
Serve as the primary point of contact for technicians within a geographic market or territory
Facilitate technician performance to maximize productivity and profitability through effective call clustering and routing to control cost, enhance efficiency, and meet commitments
High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years’ experience in dispatch, customer service, and/or restaurant management
Intermediate experience in Microsoft Office / Windows-based environment
Ability to learn unique and proprietary software
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Previous SAP experience
