The role provides legal and compliance support to the Board of Directors, including managing governance documents and board materials. Additionally, it involves maintaining corporate minute books, handling regulatory filings, and managing legal vendor contracts.
Candidates need post-secondary education as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant with at least 3 years of corporate experience in a law firm or in-house department. Proficiency in MS Office and experience with board portal platforms like Diligent are highly valued.

Reporting to the Vice President, Associate General Counsel, and supporting three internal lawyers, the Corporate Law Clerk plays a key role on the Legal team as well as provides compliance and legal support across the business as well as to the Board of Directors.
