The Director of Compliance will lead the company's compliance framework, ensuring adherence to federal and state regulatory obligations for consumer lending. This includes overseeing risk assessments, managing vendor due diligence, and leading a team of compliance professionals.
Candidates must have over 7 years of compliance experience in banking or consumer financial services with deep knowledge of GLBA, FCRA, TILA, ECOA, and FDCPA. A bachelor's degree is required, and professional certifications like CRCM or ACAMS are preferred.
