The Restaurant Manager is responsible for directing staff and managing resources to deliver high-quality guest experiences while meeting budgeted sales and profit goals. Key duties include overseeing beverage costs, facility maintenance, vendor relations, and the development of service teams.
Candidates need 1 year of full-service restaurant management experience or 3-5 years in a supervisory role. Servsafe and Responsible Alcohol Service certifications are required, while a degree in Hospitality or Business is preferred.

This position is responsible for directing, planning, implementing, and monitoring the functions of staff members to deliver positive memorable experiences, produce quality work, and efficiently use the company’s resources to meet or exceed budgeted sales and profits.
