The Floating Restaurant Manager will lead teams across multiple locations, supporting grand openings, special events, and leadership transitions. They are responsible for maintaining operational excellence, including staffing, scheduling, food safety, and financial performance.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of restaurant management experience and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. The role requires the ability to travel throughout the DC/MD/VA region and work 50-55 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
