To be responsible for the smooth running of the Nightlife and assist the Director of Nightlife. To provide a consistently high level of guest care within the department and to maximize all sales opportunities for the hotel Planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating the workers and resources for efficient, well-prepared, and profitable service of food and beverages. |
