A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required, with a preference for 1-2 years of internal audit experience in the gaming industry. Candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of obtaining registration with the Nevada Gaming Control Board.

The AML Compliance Specialist supports the Compliance Team's overall efforts with a concentrated focus on Anti-Money Laundering (AML). The AML Compliance Specialist conducts in-depth analysis and investigations, analyzes and assesses risks and creates reports. The position also develops and enhances investigative processes, procedures, analytics, and training to strengthen the company’s overall AML program. AML Compliance Specialist is responsible for conducting gaming compliance, AML and operational audits of different departments to ensure compliance with the company’s policies and procedures and all applicable state, local, federal and gaming laws.
Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in in English may also be required.
