Responsible for ensuring the aquatic safety of all guests through constant visual surveillance and adherence to safety policies. Duties include maintaining a clean pool environment and providing professional customer service consistent with Forbes 5 Star Standards.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess or be able to obtain American Red Cross CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguard certifications. Ability to work in high temperatures and communicate effectively in English is required.
The Encore Beach Club Lifeguard is responsible for providing professional and courteous customer service to each and every guest, while also maintaining the aquatic safety of all guests. Service should be consistent with Forbes 5 Star Standard rating. All duties and assignments are to be performed according to departmental and Wynn company standards.
