A high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with the ability to lift up to 70 pounds and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Previous warehouse experience and a valid driver's license are preferred but not required.

JOB SUMMARY:

Overall Summary of Function

The Production Associate is responsible for executing daily production tasks including pulling, cleaning, testing, staging, assembling, labeling, and preparing items for outbound events. This role ensures that all products are prepared in show ready condition and that correct quantities are completed for the Shipping team. The Production Associate plays a critical role in reporting red lines, damages, shortages, or incorrect items early to Leads and Supervisors, and assists with coordinating product across warehouse locations to support accurate and on time event preparation.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
At Minimum Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support Leads and Supervisors by completing assigned production tasks accurately, efficiently, and on time while maintaining consistent workflow throughout the shift.

  • Execute daily production pulls including selecting, cleaning, testing, assembling, labeling, and preparing items for event use.

  • Ensure all products are cleaned, tested, complete, and show ready before staging for Shipping or transfer.

  • Follow pull sheets to complete correct counts, sets, kits, quantities, and product configurations as assigned.

  • Deliver accurate quantities of prepared items to the Shipping team or designated staging areas as directed.

  • Identify red lines, damages, shortages, incorrect product, or quality concerns and report them immediately to Leads or Supervisors.

  • Support quality control checks including product condition, cleanliness, completeness, presentation standards, and readiness for use.

  • Accurately check items in and out of the system as part of daily departmental tasks, following standard operating procedures and communicating issues or discrepancies to leadership.

  • Follow quality control standards when pulling, prepping, wrapping, packing, palletizing, storing, loading, unloading, and moving items to ensure products remain protected and show ready.

  • Maintain workstation organization, cleanliness, tools, equipment, and supplies throughout the shift.

  • Assist with preparing items for inter-warehouse transfers or internal department movement using proper labeling and basic documentation.

  • Collaborate with Leads, Supervisors, Shipping, Inventory, Receiving, and Field Operations as directed to support material flow and event readiness.

  • Follow all established production, quality control, and operational Standard Operating Procedures.

  • Maintain consistent accuracy in labeling, counting, documentation, and task execution.

  • Follow direction from Leads and Supervisors to ensure workflow consistency, task prioritization, and daily productivity.

  • Adhere to all safety protocols, PPE requirements, and equipment handling procedures.

  • Report hazards, unsafe conditions, equipment concerns, or incidents immediately to Leads or Supervisors.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the shift.

  • Contribute to a positive, professional, and safety focused work environment.

  • Perform other duties as required.

SOP Enforcement & Process Support

  • SSupport facility compliance requirements by assisting with inspection preparation, conducting routine safety checks, maintaining documentation for equipment certifications and safety expirations, and ensuring designated areas are clean, organized, and aligned with daily operational and safety standards, including proper door closures and general safety practices.

  • Follow all production SOPs including cleaning, staging, packing, and labeling procedures.

  • Maintain consistency in product preparation and quality standards.

  • Identify basic workflow issues and share observations with Leads or Supervisors.

  • Support care and proper use of production tools, equipment, and consumables.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational guidelines at all times.

  • Perform other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS
At Minimum Training, Education & Experience

  • GED or high school diploma preferred.

  • Previous warehouse or production experience preferred but not required.

  • Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately.

  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards.

  • Basic communication and problem solving skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast paced and team oriented environment.

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred.

  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

  • Availability for overtime, nights, weekends, and emergency support when needed.
