Serving as a key liaison between the Culinary and Service teams, this role helps maintain the pace, flow, and execution of service by delivering dishes with precision, communicating effectively with the kitchen, and providing genuine hospitality throughout the guest experience.
The Food Runner must possess comprehensive knowledge of menu offerings, food delivery etiquette, table and seat numbering, and luxury dining service standards. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, urgency, professionalism, and a commitment to delivering the sophisticated guest experience synonymous with Delilah and Wynn Las Vegas.
