The Maintenance Technician will perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on building systems including HVAC, fire safety, and kitchen equipment. They will also respond to maintenance requests from residents and community directors while maintaining professional communication with local inspectors.
Candidates should have basic maintenance skills and the ability to work in a community setting. The role requires flexibility for weekend coverage and the ability to interact positively with residents and regulatory officials.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.

Requirements to be a Maintenance Technician
Maintenance Technicians will maintain scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on, but not limited to: HVAC, elevator, fire and sprinkler equipment, generators, landscape, kitchen equipment and emergency pull cord equipment. Maintenance Technicians will also perform general maintenance projects as scheduled or assigned and respond to maintenance requests by community directors and residents in both private rooms and public living areas. They will also maintain positive communication with local fire marshal, building inspector and any other jurisdictions governing the community.
