The Surveillance Agent is responsible for observing and reporting gaming violations, thefts, and suspicious activities while operating monitor room equipment. They must also participate in court actions, maintain accurate reports, and respond to requests from supervision and other departments.
Candidates must be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. The role requires the ability to work rotating shifts, perform physical tasks, and pass necessary licensing and TiPS training.
