Supports the Operating Partner in managing daily restaurant and golf operations, including staff supervision and performance management. Oversees inventory, food quality, and guest satisfaction to ensure business goals and service standards are met.
Requires at least 5 years of high-volume restaurant management experience and a ServSafe certification. A bachelor's degree in hotel/restaurant management is preferred, along with proficiency in MS Office and a valid driver's license.

The Assistant Operating Partner supports the Operating Partner in managing the daily operations and executing service in our restaurant and golf operations, including the selection, development, and performance management of employees. In addition, they oversee the inventory and ordering of food and supplies and ensure that guests are satisfied with their dining and golf experience.
The Assistant Operating Partner (aka Assistant General Manager) reports to the Operating Partner.
Compensation: $70k-$80k plus Quarterly & Yearly Bonus
