Position Overview
Maintenance Technicians are responsible for the day-to-day maintenance operations of the community, including service requests, unit turns, common area upkeep, and resident support. Depending on the size of the community, Maintenance Technicians may report directly to a Maintenance Supervisor or work alongside an Assistant Maintenance Supervisor, contributing to both routine maintenance and peak-season readiness.
This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and essential to the overall performance and appearance of the property.
This position requires work in indoor and outdoor environments, including mechanical rooms, rooftops, common areas, and residential units. Exposure to varying weather conditions, noise, electrical systems, and cleaning or maintenance chemicals is expected.
