Support the community during the turn period by performing cleaning, trash removal, and general maintenance to prepare units for new move-ins. Assist the Maintenance Supervisor with painting, fixing, and administrative tasks to ensure residential areas are move-in ready.
Candidates must be physically capable of lifting heavy loads, climbing ladders, and standing for extended periods. Basic communication skills and the ability to follow instructions in a fast-paced environment are required.
