Responsible for managing the full guest dining experience by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring gracious hospitality. Duties include maintaining station cleanliness, processing payments via POS, and coordinating with kitchen staff to meet guest needs.
Requires a minimum of 2 years of server and food and beverage experience, preferably in fine dining or high-volume environments. Candidates must possess comprehensive knowledge of classic cocktails and basic familiarity with global wine varietals.
