The Service Technician is responsible for performing maintenance and repairs across apartment homes and community areas to ensure excellent property condition. Key duties include completing service requests, managing unit turns, and participating in an on-call rotation for emergencies.
Candidates should have 1-3 years of maintenance experience, preferably in multifamily housing, and basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. A valid driver's license is required, and EPA certification is preferred.
The Service Technician reports directly to the Service Manager and is responsible for performing maintenance and repairs to ensure apartment homes, buildings, and community areas are in excellent condition. This role requires dependability, consistency, and clear communication with the Service Manager, maintenance team, and residents.
