The Financial Analyst is responsible for performing statistical, cost, and financial analysis while preparing reports and dashboards for leadership. They also support budgeting processes, conduct variance analysis, and ensure compliance with GAAP standards.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field. A minimum of three years of experience in financial analysis or accounting is required, along with advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Under the supervision of the Senior Director of Finance, the Financial Analyst is directly responsible for, but not limited to, performing statistical, cost and financial analysis, preparing and providing monthly, periodic and/or ad-hoc reports and dashboards. assisting with financial planning and budgeting processes, analyzing financial statements and reports, developing financial models, preparing projections, and performing research and analysis as may be required by leadership. The Financial Analyst is an integral role as it provides meaningful analyzed data used for decision making
