The Habilitative Program Administrator oversees habilitative plans for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities by developing functional assessments and positive behavior support plans. They also train team members on plan implementation and maintain communication with stakeholders to ensure progress on habilitative goals.
Candidates must possess a master's degree in psychology, behavior analysis, social work, or a related field. Additionally, at least two years of professional experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities is required.
