Lead analytics and reporting teams to deliver meaningful insights that inform planning, performance improvement, and strategic decision‑making.
Influence system‑level strategy, acting as a key liaison with the Ministry of Health, CIHI, digital health vendors, and Fraser Health’s own modernization teams.
This role is ideal for a leader with strong expertise in clinical informatics and process improvement, someone who thrives in complexity, collaborates with ease, and is passionate about data‑driven transformation. Consulting background will be a great addition. Your leadership will directly shape how systems and information support care delivery for more than 1.9 million residents across 20 communities.
