Requires a Registered Nurse with a Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration and at least 8 years of progressive nursing leadership experience. A CT RN License is required, and ANCC Nurse Executive certification is preferred.

- Responsible for Organizational and or Nursing strategic plan development and execution
- Responsible for developing, monitoring, and adherence to annual operations and capital budgets for multiple units or - departments
- Oversight and or Management of interdisciplinary projects and initiatives to meet strategic initiatives and goals
- Responsible for organizational clinical education and professional development across a number of disciplines and manages all clinical affiliations for Nursing
- Responsible for Patient experience, quality, regulatory and safety oversight over multiple departments
