The LTH Lead is responsible for the sales, education, and customer service of nutritional products within the club. This includes training staff, managing product inventory, and engaging with members to provide personalized supplement recommendations.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and be CPR/AED certified. A background in nutrition, fitness, and sales experience within the health and wellness industry is preferred.
The LTH Lead is a supplemental role assigned to an existing commission-based or hourly + incentive Personal Training team member at the same Life Time club. This role is not a standalone position and is intended to be performed in addition to a qualifying primary Personal Training role, with limited hours each week.
As a LTH Lead at Life Time, you will be responsible for product education, sales and customer service of LTH nutritional products inside of Life Time. This role requires a strong knowledge and passion of both nutrition and fitness, excellent sales skills, and the ability to mentor and guide commissionable team members to achieve sales targets. The LTH Lead reports directly to the Personal Training Lead withing the club and will get support from the Corporate LTH team.
