The surgeon will evaluate, diagnose, and treat shoulder and sports medicine conditions through both surgical and non-surgical interventions. They will lead a comprehensive practice, perform complex arthroscopic procedures, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team.
Candidates must hold an MD or DO degree and be Board Certified or Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery with fellowship training in Shoulder & Elbow or Shoulder & Sports Medicine. Active Washington state licensure and DEA certification are required.

Proliance Surgeons
Proliance Surgeons is seeking a fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon to build and lead a comprehensive shoulder and sports medicine practice across our Greater Seattle network. This is a full-scope clinical role with real practice-building autonomy — you'll have access to a dedicated ambulatory surgery center, a robust referral network, and a physician-led culture that keeps decision-making in the hands of surgeons.
