The Patient Care Technician provides direct, hands-on care to patients with end-stage renal disease under the supervision of an RN. Responsibilities include monitoring patients, maintaining dialysis equipment, and recording vital signs.
Candidates must have an accredited high school diploma or GED and be comfortable working with blood and medical equipment. The role requires physical stamina for long shifts and the flexibility to work various schedules including weekends and holidays.
DaVita is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic. As a PCT, you’ll provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment.
