They are also responsible for maintaining accurate clinical documentation and collaborating with the Enhanced Care Management team to optimize patient outcomes.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in a behavioral health field and a current California license as an AMFT, ACSW, or APCC. A minimum of 2 years of experience treating mental health consumers is required.

The therapist will play a vital role in helping clients achieve their mental health goals and improve their overall well-being. The therapist is required to maintain the confidentiality of client information; write and interpret written clinical information accurately and effectively.
