Candidates must hold an MD or DO degree with an active, unrestricted medical license in Virginia or North Carolina. Board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry, Addiction Medicine, or Internal Medicine is preferred, along with significant leadership experience in behavioral health settings.

Pyramid Healthcare is seeking an experienced Medical Director and Licensed Psychiatrist to provide clinical and medical leadership across our behavioral health and substance use treatment programs in North Carolina and Virginia.
This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed psychiatrist who is an MD or DO and wants to combine clinical expertise with executive leadership while making a meaningful impact across a growing behavioral healthcare organization.
The Medical Director will provide oversight of medical and psychiatric services, support and guide provider teams, strengthen quality and clinical outcomes, ensure regulatory excellence, and partner with executive and operational leadership to advance patient care.
