Full job description
Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Wellness & Hormone Health
Tennessee | Hendersonville, Franklin & Murfreesboro
Your Clinical Career Should Feel Meaningful
What if you could spend more time actually connecting with your patients instead of feeling like you're rushing through one appointment after another?
At Low T Center, our providers have the opportunity to build lasting patient relationships, educate patients about their health, and help them make meaningful changes in how they feel and live.
If you're a Nurse Practitioner who brings confidence, energy, and a genuine passion for patient care, we'd love to meet you.
Whether you're passionate about hormone health, wellness, weight management, preventative care, or helping patients improve their quality of life, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.
Credentialing Notice: As part of our standard screening process, your professional license and NPI/taxonomy will be verified by our credentialing team prior to the interview stage. Please be prepared to provide this information so we can confirm that your credentials are active and within our scope of practice.
Why Low T Center?
We're growing — and we're looking for providers who want to grow with us.
Low T Center provides hormone replacement therapy and targeted wellness services designed around each patient's individual goals.
As a provider, you won't simply be moving from one patient to the next. You'll have the opportunity to get to know your patients, understand what they're trying to accomplish, and become a trusted part of their healthcare journey.
You'll work alongside a Physician Medical Director and Center Director, with a supportive clinical team behind you.
In this role, you will:
Build meaningful, long-term relationships with your patients
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide care related to hormone replacement, weight management, sleep apnea, hypertension, low libido, and other wellness concerns
Educate patients and make complex medical information easy to understand
Follow established treatment protocols while using your clinical judgment
Collaborate with the Physician Medical Director and Center Director
Create a welcoming, upbeat, patient-focused clinic environment
Encourage and support your clinic team
Take an active role in the success and growth of your center
We're Looking for a Provider Who Brings Energy
We believe great patient care starts with a great patient experience.
We're looking for a Nurse Practitioner who is confident, approachable, enthusiastic, and comfortable connecting with people.
You may be a great fit if you:
Enjoy building genuine relationships with patients
Bring positivity and energy to your work
Have strong clinical judgment and medical decision-making skills
Are comfortable working independently
Know when to collaborate and ask questions
Enjoy patient education and helping people understand their health
Communicate clearly and confidently
Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented clinic
Are comfortable learning new technology and adapting to change
Take initiative and aren't afraid to jump in and help your team
Have an interest in wellness, preventative care, hormone health, and improving quality of life
Most importantly, you care about people.
You listen.
You educate.
You make patients feel comfortable.
And you want to leave work knowing you made a difference.
We'll Set You Up for Success
Starting somewhere new shouldn't mean being thrown into the deep end.
We provide two full weeks of paid training to help you learn our clinical protocols, programs, systems, and approach to patient care.
Training includes:
10 consecutive Monday–Friday training days
First 3 days: Remote training
Remaining training: Nashville or Johnson City
Hotel accommodations provided
Mileage reimbursement provided
$65/hour paid training rate
You'll have the training and support you need to walk into your clinic feeling prepared and confident.

SynergenX Health is a hormone replacement and weight management clinic specializing in helping our patients feeling better. We use powerful health information and technology to provide you with state of the art care.
At SynergenX Health, we are devoted to hormone replacement therapy, and helping men increase their testosterone levels. We manage testosterone with variable dosing and tailor the proper hormones to our patients. We are not a one-size fits all program for hormone replacement therapy, which makes our practice unique. We monitor the patient's total testosterone, estrogen and blood thickening very closely to minimize side effects.
Our weight management program has become a very popular service. Our patients see results, saying they experience more energy, less joint pain, and have better sleep. Losing weight helps people feel good about themselves and their body, making it less likely to develop chronic, life-threatening diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, hypertension, high cholesterol and sleep apnea.
If you would like to schedule an appointment for our services, call our office or schedule an appointment online.
