Le Chargé(e) de comptes se concentre principalement de l'entretien, la maintenance, la vente croisée et la vente incitative des comptes existants, tout en prospectant de nouveaux comptes/affaires. Vos principales responsabilités:
Maintenir les comptes existants et établir des relations
Atteindre les objectifs de vente mensuels et surveiller les marges de profits
Analyser les tendances du territoire et identifier les opportunités
Suivre régulièrement et accroître le volume d'affaires avec les pharmaciens
Assurer le suivi des ventes et de la disponibilité des produits auprès des clients - par téléphone ou par e-mail (appels entrants et sortants)
Assister le client pour toute demande de renseignements
Proposer de nouvelles sources de revenus et de nouveaux produits
S'assurer que les données et les appels des clients restent pertinents et à jour dans les systèmes
Traiter les commandes et suivre leur état d'avancement
Mener des campagnes de vente (produits/services/chefs de file) auprès des clients existants et des nouveaux clients.
Générer des ventes auprès des clients inactifs et nouveaux
Effectuer des appels non-sollicités auprès de clients potentiels et déterminer les possibilités de faire affaire avec eux.
Rechercher de nouvelles options pour les clients potentiels et suivre les recommandations des clients existants.
Ouvrir de nouveaux comptes et aider à l'intégration
Travailler en collaboration avec les responsables de développement des affaires
Discuter des comptes existants avec les responsables de développement des affaires et élaborer des stratégies sur la manière d'accroître les activités.
Optimiser la partie du cycle de planification des responsables de développement des affaires pour maximiser les synergies et les contacts avec les comptes.
Fournir des pistes et des références pour les visites
Qualifications
Diplôme collégial minimum ; un diplôme universitaire et une formation scientifique sont préférables.
Expérience de plus de 2 ans dans la vente ou le service à la clientèle
Connaissance de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook et Excel) requise
Excellentes compétences en communication requises : bilingue (français et anglais). Ce poste nécessite de communiquer avec des clients basés au Etats Unies.
L'espagnol est un atout.
Compétences avancées en matière de relations interpersonnelles et de travail en réseau
Capacité à travailler dans un environnement en constante évolution et à gérer efficacement le stress.

The Account Executive focuses primarily on servicing, maintaining, cross selling and upselling existing accounts while prospecting new accounts/business. Maintain existing accounts & relationship building
Attain monthly sales objectives and monitor profit margins
Analyze territory trends and identify opportunities
Regularly track and increase pharmacist business
Follow up with customers on sales and product availability – inbound and outbound phone/email
Support customers on any inquiry
Suggest new revenue sources and products
Ensure client data and calls are kept relevant and current in systems
Process orders and follow up on their status
Lead sales (products/services/lead) campaigns with existing and new customers
Generate sales from inactive & new customers
Cold call prospective customers & determine opportunities to create business
Research new potential client options & follow up on referrals from existing clients
Open new accounts & support onboarding
Work collaboratively with Business Development Executives (BDEs)
Discuss existing accounts with BDEs & strategize on how to increase business
Leverage the BDE’s planning cycle to maximize synergies and account contact
Provide leads and referrals to visit
Qualifications
Minimum CEGEP/college degree; a university degree and a science background is preferred
2+ years’ experience in sales or customer service
Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook and Excel) required
Excellent communication and listening skills; fluent French & English (written & oral) required
Spanish is an asset
Advanced interpersonal and networking skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to manage stress effectively
