This position will utilize the CAFM (Computer Application Facility Management) program using Healthcare standards.

Qualifications
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
AA/AS Degree in Architectural/Construction/Engineering or related field or 4 years progressive responsibility in commercial construction, one year experience must be in using AutoCAD Version 11 or higher.
Must have strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office. IBM-Tririga software or comparable CAFM software a plus. Healthcare and BIM experience preferred. Good interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability required
