The Facility Technician is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing building structures and MEP systems to ensure safe operations. This includes conducting inspections, coordinating with external vendors, and supporting general maintenance tasks like carpentry and plumbing.
A high school diploma or GED and three years of relative experience are required. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and the ability to lift 40lbs, with a tradesman license preferred.

Vitalant is seeking a Facility Technician dedicated to making a positive difference. Your impact as a Facility Technician is vital. You will contribute to Vitalant's life-saving mission by maintaining, repairing, and installing building structures and equipment. You'll be familiar with departmental processes, work order management, card access, safety monitoring, MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), and building automation.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
Pay Range: 22.89 - 29.63 per hour DOE
Application Deadline: July 31, 2026
High School diploma or equivalent is required.
Licensed Tradesman is preferred.
Three years of experience required.
Must possess the skills and abilities to successfully perform all assigned duties and responsibilities.
Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
Able to make sound decisions on repairs.
Able to work independently.
Must be self-motivated.
