The pharmacist will provide exceptional patient-centered care, including medication reviews, disease state management, and clinical services like vaccinations. They are also responsible for managing pharmacy workflow, ensuring prescription safety, and collaborating with the pharmacy team to meet patient health needs.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and be a licensed pharmacist in good standing in the province of responsibility. Additionally, the role requires Injection and First Aid certification, with preference given to those with Kroll software experience.
