Candidates must have a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with basic computer skills and the ability to pass a background check.

Role Overview
This is a 1099 independent contractor role ideal for individuals looking to add
supplemental, low-complexity work to their schedule.
Installers set their availability and capacity in advance. Jobs are assigned; installers are
responsible for coordinating appointments directly with members/caregivers and
completing work within required timeframes (SLA-driven).

Physical & Work Environment Requirements
This role requires regular travel to member homes and may involve physical activity,
including bending, kneeling, reaching and climbing stairs. Contractors may need to carry
and handle lightweight equipment (typically under 10-15 pounds) and work in a variety of
home environments.
