The Houseman plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall functionality of a hospitality or healthcare facility. This position ensures that all public and back-of-house areas are kept in pristine condition, contributing to a positive experience for guests, patients, and staff. The Houseman supports various departments by handling tasks such as cleaning, restocking supplies, and assisting with minor maintenance duties. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying and addressing facility needs promptly and efficiently. Ultimately, the Houseman helps create a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained environment that upholds the establishment's standards of excellence.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
