Manage the full life cycle of moderately complex Healthcare Professional Liability and Long Term Care claims, including coverage analysis and investigation. Negotiate settlements with various parties and prepare reserve and settlement authority requests for approval.
Requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of related claims experience, with the ability to obtain necessary state licenses. A JD or status as a licensed attorney is highly preferred, along with specific experience in medical malpractice or long-term care claims.
Salary: Salary can go up to $150,000 per year, dependent upon experience

Licenses: Must be willing to obtain all licenses as required by the manager within a specified timeframe
