The Registered Nurse assesses patient responses and implements comprehensive nursing care for a diverse medical-surgical and telemetry population. Responsibilities include providing transformational leadership, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.
Candidates must hold a current PA RN license or multi-state licensure and possess CPR certification. A minimum of one year of nursing experience is required, along with necessary criminal background and child abuse clearances.
The Registered Nurse assesses human responses and plans, implements and evaluates nursing care for individuals or families for whom the nurse is responsible. The Registered Nurse is fully responsible for all actions as a licensed nurse and is accountable to patients for the quality of care delivered.
