The TeleICU nurse remotely monitors critically ill patients across multiple intensive care units using audio/video platforms and clinical decision tools. They analyze patient data, formulate assessments, and collaborate with intensivists to ensure evidence-based care and proactive intervention.
Candidates must hold an Associate's Degree in Nursing and possess a current Pennsylvania RN license or multi-state eNLC licensure. A minimum of 3 years of experience in an ICU setting is required for this position.
GENERAL OVERVIEW:
This job provides TeleICU-nursing care to a diverse population of critically ill adults across multiple intensive care units at various acute care sites. Focuses on prevention and evidence-based care through advocacy, clinical decision support and proactive, continuous monitoring.
