The Licensed Nurse assists providers with clinical tasks including medication management, diagnostic testing, and patient triage. They also provide health education to clients and maintain accurate clinical documentation within the electronic records system.
Candidates must hold an independent nursing license as an RN or LPN. Strong oral and written communication skills and proficiency in computer-based clinical documentation are required.

Productivity Expectation: 30%+

The employee must have a valid license to drive a motor vehicle and a safe driving record. Employee must be comfortable driving vehicle in varied weather conditions found in the geographic region. Employee will be exposed to latex.

We offer outpatient therapy, pharmaceutical management, community psychiatric support, crisis hotline, mobile crisis assessment, prevention, and education to the residents of Darke County through our two Greenville locations: 212 Main Street and 600 Walnut Street. We also operate facilities in Tipp City and Eaton. Our mission continues to be, “We save lives!”
