The Asset Reliability Manager leads the site's maintenance and reliability strategy to ensure safe, efficient operation of manufacturing assets. This role manages a team of professionals while driving continuous improvement initiatives and compliance with regulatory standards.
Candidates must have at least 7 years of experience in maintenance or reliability engineering within a manufacturing environment, including 3-5 years of leadership experience. A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is preferred, along with expertise in reliability methodologies and predictive maintenance.

The Asset Reliability Manager is responsible for leading the site's Maintenance and Reliability Management Process and developing a world-class maintenance and asset reliability culture. This role provides strategic and tactical leadership for maintenance, reliability, planning and scheduling, predictive maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of our Ohio infant formula manufacturing assets.
The Maintenance & Reliability Manager will drive compliance with Perrigo Work Standards (PWS), optimize maintenance processes, improve asset performance, reduce equipment failures, and develop long-term reliability strategies that support operational excellence. This position serves as a key partner to Operations, Quality, Engineering, and EHS teams while leading a team of approximately 15 maintenance professionals including supervisors, planners, schedulers, lead technicians, and maintenance technicians.
