The Business Analytics Senior Manager leads a team of analysts and developers to deliver data-driven insights and scalable BI solutions. This role involves setting the analytics strategy, managing performance, and partnering with business leaders to improve operational outcomes.
Candidates must have at least 8 years of experience in analytics and 5 years of people leadership. Proficiency in SQL, Python, PowerShell, and Tableau is required, along with a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
The Business Analytics Senior Manager plays a pivotal role in helping CuraScript SD make smarter, data‑driven decisions that improve patient access, operational performance, and business outcomes. This leader brings curiosity, clarity, and compassion to analytics—guiding teams to turn complex data into trusted insights. You will inspire talented analytics professionals, influence senior stakeholders, and build scalable solutions that support a growing, mission‑driven organization.
Leadership & Strategy
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of BI developers, data analysts, and analytics engineers; manage performance and career growth.
• Accountable for delivery outcomes, quality, and adherence to analytics standards.
• Foster a high-performance, collaborative team culture.
Analytics Strategy & Execution
• Translate business objectives into an analytics delivery roadmap.
• Ensure consistent delivery of dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions.
• Provide leadership on complex initiatives across business and technology.
Analytics, Reporting & Insight Delivery
• Oversee development of analytics using Tableau and enterprise platforms.
• Ensure insights are executive-ready with clear narratives and recommendations.
• Guide scalable solution design including data models and KPIs.
Technical Direction & Data Enablement
• Provide technical oversight using SQL, Python, and PowerShell.
• Partner with Data Engineering and ETL teams.
• Ensure alignment with SAP, Salesforce, Cisco, and Workday.
• Establish standards for data quality, documentation, and testing.
Stakeholder Partnership & Influence
• Act as a senior analytics partner to business leaders.
• Clearly communicate analytics to non-technical audiences.
• Influence across matrixed organizations.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
