The provider will perform wellness exams, treat illnesses, and order diagnostic tests to develop appropriate patient diagnoses. They are also responsible for prescribing medication and educating patients on self-management of acute or chronic conditions.
A Master's degree is required, with three years of experience preferred. Candidates must hold a current Michigan Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license along with BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
