The Human Resources Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department. This role assists employee onboarding, benefits administration, leave management, personnel records, recruitment activities, and general HR compliance. The HR Assistant serves as a resource for employees while maintaining confidentiality and ensuring the accuracy of HR documentation and processes.
Rate:
$20–$25 per hour, based on experience.
3 days per week, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM. While this position is currently part-time, there may be an opportunity to transition to full-time in the near future. Candidates should be open to this possibility.
Monday-Wednesday (candidate does need to have some flexibility should days need to change)
